My Actifit Report Card: December 8 2022

Unable to do some plans because I'm still sick. My cough is still bothering me badly which went on until the evening, and it took my energy.

We're not able to attend our sign language midweek meetings in the city, and we decided to attend virtually so I won't spread the virus.

I immediately went to the room after dinner, and decided to sleep early.
