Esto que hice el día de hoy. No e posible que salga a ejercitar y entrenar fuerte en el gym y este pensando en comer arroz con leche.

Me cuesta muchísimo hacer ejercicios abdominales, tengo muy débil esos músculos y aún así he mejorado un poquito y llegó a casa a comerme el bendito arroz con leche.

Quedó divino, debo sacudir el sentimiento de culpa y mañana esforzarme aún más.

Este arroz con leche lo hicimos cocinando el arroz con bastante agua que quede blandito y con poca muy pocos agua y luego le agregamos directamente la leche en polvo y el azúcar.
