It looks really delicious. This is the same as food in Indonesia. We make it in the same shape, called pastel, with vegetable fillings such as carrots, potatoes and chicken, mayonnaise with slices of boiled egg and smoked beef, and with the same shape, we call it panada with fish filling. next time I will try making a recipe like the one you shared. Thank You for sharing
