Shopping Is Therapeutic ! Shopping In The Biggest Mall In My City

I didn't quite believe in retail therapy untill I faced it myself. It's a real thing. Shopping indeed does bring you happiness. There are hundreds and thousands of things pullimg us down on daily basis, be it work, family, finances or anything, there's not a single person on Earth who has it sorted. We're all running behind something and it's getting hectic day by day.

Every once in a while, we all have to get rid of all the stress that's being dragging us down and come out fresh. Now, some people like to travel to relax their minds. Some people spend time with their families. Some, play games, some do house chores and some go to shopping. I'm mainly the outgoing guy. The kind of guy who loves to travel and visit new places. Try new dishes. Make sudden and exciting plans. Go for a roadtrip. This excites me. Even while writing this down, I'm getting a sort of an adrenaline rush thinking about what my next plan would be. But of course, life doesn't always give you the freedom of traveling to different places. You're time and work bound so in situations like these you've to think of something else.

I've a friend who likes to go shopping whenever she feels stressed and this time she took me as well. I usually don't buy stuff for myself. I dont know man, I just can't do it. The only clothes and watches and shoes I wear are the ones that are bought for me by my family or friends. It's not like that I'm a low maintenance guy, I love dressing up and I love being confident. Infact I'm the most confident in my group but I usually don't go shopping. I choose the items I want and the rest is done by my family. This time, I was forced to go shopping with my friend and it changed my whole perspective about it.

Shopping indeed is therapeutic. Visiting the brands that interest you. Buying stuff. Looking through different shops and roaming around the marketplace. It gives you a sense of control. A control over your decisions. The control to buy what you thing is right for you. It helps you in your self esteem as well as boosts your confidence. Apart from that, it gives you joy. Buying perfumes, shoes, clothes and other items that you know are for yourself gives you a feeling of contentment which is unmatchable.

Yesterday, from my hospital, I took a short break and upon persuasion of my friend, we both visited the most famous mall of Karachi, Dolmen Mall. There I bought perfume and clothes for myself and also had lunch. Let me take you on a tour.

My main focus of purchasing was clothes and a good perfume. The clothes for my brother's wedding and the perfume called Janan because it's my favorite. I bought four different traditional Pakistani Shalwar Kameez, three for myself and one for my brother. Talking about the perfume, it has always been my favorite. It has an amazing sweet amd delicate smell. If you're reading this and you are from Pakistan, I highly recommend you to purchase it.

After I was done with the shopping, I was already dying from hunger. Strolling in a big mall isn't an easy task lmao. I was tired walking around and visiting different outlets. One more thing that I'd like to state is that I wanted to buy my stuff from the very first shop but it was my friend who forced me to visit numerous shops and then buy the best one. Honestly, it took more than 2 hours to do something which would have taken me 15 minutes. But what can I do.

Anyway, we headed straight to the food court and deciding a cafe is also a hassle with the female gender. They just can't decide what to eat and where to eat, so after 15 minutes of suggestions and arguing we decided to have some Chinese Food.

The food after a tiring shopping session was extremely fulfilling. I couldn't complete my food though, so my friend had to pitch in. The food was amazing and very economical as well. All of this costed us:

After food, we called it off for the day and strolled back to our car. Oh wait, while on our way back, I was lured into another shop by my friend. She wanted to show me the shoe collection in that shop.

That's it from my side. This was my first post in this community and I'll be posting regularly in it as I have a big event upcoming in my family and for that we have to shop a lot. Apart from that, we do a lot of grocery shopping so from now on I won't be forgetting to take some interesting pictures.

Be careful when supporting this user

You are indirectly supporting a group of scammers who are expanding their network on Hive.

Event-Horizon & Huzaifanaveed are so-called country representatives on Steemit. Which is to mislead hundreds of newbies about steemit by luring the highest rewards from the steemit team. They have well recognized the separation and centralization of the platform but for the lure of rewards, they thought of staying there. They built their own communities, invited innocent people to Steemit and forced them not to join the Hive platform or they wouldn't support them.

They imposed Club 100 and Burnsteam 25 rules on his people. They asked newcomers for beneficiary rewards for their accounts, They ask for the delegations to their accounts to get support from the steemit team. So-called booming support, steamcurators, and their high-value accounts.

They started cheating on the steemit platform by creating fake accounts to get more rewards.

Once they succeed in their venture on Steemit, they start flocking to the Hive blockchain to fool the hive community. For the past three months, some idiots have been trying to spread their network over the hive by implementing fake accounts that started plagiarizing the platform. The OCD community stops supporting intro posts until they introduce their on borders. So they join their accounts and start creating quality content to gain fame so they can create fake accounts in their name.

Examples:

https://hive.blog/@allahnawaz03
https://hive.blog/@alihussain077
https://hive.blog/@malikusman1
https://hive.blog/@drtipu
https://hive.blog/@drhive75
https://hive.blog/@uop

As we have caught them, more and more users from their networks are joining the Hive platform, Event-horizon and Huzaifa Naveed are among them. Which can be seen here:

https://steemit.com/hive-136998/@stmpak.wit/purpose-to-make-stmpak-wit-first-steem-witness-from-pakistan

The reason they joined the Hive platform is that they don't like the centralization of the steemit platform which they realized after working there for 2 years and fooling thousands of newbies who are now stuck on steemit. . But but but the real reason was that they were fed up with the Club 100 rule and raised their voice against it and the Steemit team stopped upvoting their content. Now they had lost the high-value upvotes so they came here to build a new network.
