Let's cook Japanese Curry Udon

Today we have decided to make a Japanese Curry Udon that probably my wife will enjoy as it brings good memory on Japan.
Japanese curry udon is a popular dish in Japan that combines the flavors of Japanese curry with udon noodles. We will be using Golden Curry.
We need to prepare garlic, onion, and potato for sauteing.
Slicing onion is the best :)
I have an audience while preparing this dish, Royce :)
I bought these Udon noodles from Viva supermarket which only cost 1 aed or 0.25 USD.
Boiling the Udon noodles until it reach the softness that we love.
Mix them all together, easy.
Add some water and we are done, we are ready to prepare it for eating.
I also added spring onion and seaweed because I really love it. Hope you liked our menu for today.

I'm always curious of the the authentic Japanese Curry Udon. I only learned about it in Anime series hehe. Anyways this looks yum 🤤.
yeah, anime has taught us something about Japanese culture including the cuisine. Many of my friends living outside of Japan know a lot about Japan not because they have been to Japan but because they see Anime hehe

You have really prepare a lovely curry udon,we don't eat this in Nigeria but alot of curry recipe for cooking,I will love to have a taste or give the process a trial
