This green powder make your eyes, hair and bone healthy and strong

Hello friends and community, today I am sharing an Ayurvedic home remedy - the green miracle powder that is very useful for eyes, hair, bones, and overall health. It's the curry leaves chutney/powder and this is my entry to the @qurator photo quest theme "powder". Before I share the recipe, I like to tell you about this plant and its benefits.

Curry leaves are widely used in Indian cuisine for their good taste and aroma, but they are also known for their medicinal properties. These leaves are rich in nutrients like vitamins A, B, C, amino acids, calcium, fiber, protein, phosphorus, and iron.
They contain vitamin A and carotenoids essential for healthy eyes and clear vision.
Curry leaves are also great for treating damaged hair, hair fall, greying, strengthening the shaft of thin hair and treating dandruff.
Calcium and iron present in these leaves are essential for bone health. The antioxidant properties of curry leaves remove unwanted radicals and toxins from the body.
The Carbazole alkaloids present in curry leaves make the digestive system stronger. It is recommended to consume five to six curry leaves every day as a part of our daily diet. Alternatively, you can make this powder and use 1 tablespoon daily to gain many health benefits. Recent research has shown that the Carbazole alkaloids present in curry leaves work as an anti-cancer medicine.
