No hay nada más nutritivo y sano que comer pescado cocinado al vapor con papas hervidas.
El pescado tiene muchísimas vitaminas y propiedades, ácidos grasos que nos ayudan a nuestro cuerpo es uno de los mejores alimentos que podemos incorporar en nuestra dieta. Sí bien muchos saben que me encantan las papas fritas también me gustan las papas hervidas con un poquito de sal aunque a ese plato le faltó un poquito de crema de leche, estaba súper qué sabroso.
Por lo general a los chicos no les gusta el pescado pero a mis hijos desde muy pequeñitos les enseñé a comer pescado, ahora ellos mismos me dicen mamá está delicioso cada vez que hay en casa para poder hacer.
Al más grande le gusta mucho el pescado al horno entero, cuando era chiquito le gustaba mucho ver cómo estaba el pescado en la mesa, para el la carne es muy suave de hecho es así la carne del pescado es muy suave.
