It's definitely a cool building. Even I had seen photos of it many times, it was an amazing experience to be there 🙂
Yes, there are walkways to see the parliament below, right? It's really symbolic, as if citizens can keep an eye on their representatives.
When I was there, we only had access to the Dome. Any walkways, were not open to us, I am not sure if it has something to do with the time of day we were here... Late afternoon.
