I'm at a point in my life where it seems as though if I am not careful I am going to gain weight. My biggest problem is that I love beer and beer has so many calories in it. It is a bit silly when I think about it: It is very common for me to have 6-10 beers in one sitting but I would never drink that much of anything else.

Without us conscious is such a hard thing to accept dear, and in our life we seems to enjoy our favorite food as usual as I used to addicted to beer too, but would be no more than 7 beers even though it would be a big party. Not because I don’t want more 😂, but my stomach really can’t handle large amounts. Takes care dear!
