Memories of Delight!

Occasionally photos pass by so that you can enjoy a unique and memorable moment again. These are from a while ago, but I still wanted to share them.

It was my birthday, and my friends had a surprise in store for me. Well, what a fantastic surprise it was!

A dinner at "Beluga loves you" in Maastricht (The Netherlands). Back then, Hans de Wolde still held sway in the kitchen. I had never eaten at a two-Michelin-star restaurant before. But what an experience this was.
It was a party from start to finish.

A warm welcome, knowledgeable and cordial staff, and where the love for the profession splashes. And every dish was presented with a lot of passion.

Please don't ask me what kind of dish is in each photo because I couldn't possibly remember that.

That evening I admired it, and that's what it's all.
