Fried anchovies. Boquerones fritos [Eng/Esp]
Hello friends, today we are going to prepare some fried anchovies.
Hola amigos, hoy vamos a preparar unos boquerones fritos.
Ingredients:
-Boneless and cleaned anchovies.
-Extra virgin olive oil.
-Vinegar.
-Wheat flour.
-Pepper.
Ingredientes:
-Boquerones sin espinas y limpios.
-Aceite de oliva virgen extra.
-Vinagre.
-Harina de trigo.
-Pimienta.
We will leave the anchovies marinating for 20 minutes with a splash of vinegar and a pinch of pepper.
Dejaremos los boquerones 20 minutos macerando con un chorrito de vinagre y una pizca de pimienta.
We put the oil to heat in a frying pan.
Ponemos el aceite a calentar en una sartén.
We coat them with flour on all sides.
Los rebozamos con la harina por todos los lados.
We fry the anchovies until they are golden brown.
Freímos los boquerones hasta que queden dorados.
We place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Los ponemos con un papel absorbente para que elimine el exceso de aceite.
We present them to eat.
Los presentamos para comer.
