I bought a pack of loose Sachima at the supermarket to eat at home. I was in a bad mood and craving something sweet—it tasted so good that I couldn’t stop gobbling it down.

I woke up this morning with a huge blister in my mouth, which hurt all day. Even eating felt like walking on eggshells.

I went out at noon to buy a cup of herbal tea to relieve the "internal heat," but it was way too bitter. I really deserve this for being such a glutton!
