The other day I invited a friend for dinner at a small fast food restaurant that opened here in my town. It's nice, simple, well lit and with a couple of cute decorations on each table.

I wasn't planning to take pictures or anything, but the signs and decorations caught my attention and I wanted to immortalize them in these pictures. They are very nice flower pots in the shape of a head, they have glasses and the hair that they pretend to have is the grass of the same flower pot. As I said some ornaments that are on each table that give a nice touch to the place.

We ordered a couple of hot dogs for each of us and they gave us an extra glass of soda, because it was the promotion. We had a pretty nice time, even though while we were eating one of the hot dogs fell over and we made a mess, even the phone got covered in sauce, all the way to the table. All in all, it was a great date.

They say that in January many people start dieting, weight loss plans and all that, but come on, if I'm going to start the year visiting fast food restaurants, then I'm already on a bad diet....

El otro día invité a una amiga a cenar a un pequeño restaurante de comida rápida que abrieron por acá en mi pueblo. Es bonito, sencillo, iluminado y con un par de adornos en cada mesa bastante simpáticos.

No pensaba tomar fotos ni nada, pero los letreros y adornos del local me llamaron la atención y quise inmortalizarlos en estas fotografías. Son unos maceteros muy bonitos con forma de cabeza, tienen anteojos y el cabello que simulan tener es el pasto del mismo macetero. Como dije unos adornos que están en cada mesa que le dan un toque simpático al lugar.

Ordenamos un par de perros calientes para cada uno y nos regalaron un vaso de gaseosa de más, porque era la promoción. Disfrutamos de un momento bastante agradable, a pesar de que mientras estábamos comiendo uno de los perros calientes se cayó e hicimos un desastre, hasta el teléfono se llenó de salsa, hasta la mesa. Con todo, fue una cita genial.

Dicen que en enero muchos comienzan a hacer dieta, planes para adelgazar y todo eso, pero vamos, si voy a comenzar el año visitando restaurantes de comida rápida, entonces ya voy mal con la dieta…
