You Fu’s Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee

Most restaurants or food stalls will offer as many food types as they could possibly or impossibly do. They do it to make their food stall enticing to a variety of people who are looking for a unique food to eat.

I went to the Golden Mile Food Court to check what kind of food I can find there at night. I found the You Fu food stall that serves only one dish, it's the Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodles!

They are really brave to offer only the one dish that everyone is familiar with. Fries Hokkien Mee is a very common dish that can be found everywhere in Singapore. It's so common that there are about 4 other stalls that offer the same dish that are also located here in this food court. It's very competitive and your business is at risk when your food isn't good enough to satisfy the customers.

After my first spoonful of the noodles then I realize why they only serve one dish in their food stall... it's so good that I feel that I can keep coming back for more!
