It’s my 3rd time dining at 88 Western Cuisine: Chicken Chop Rice
Last night, I went back to 88 Western Cuisine to try one of their popular item that I haven’t tried yet. I ordered the Chicken Chop Rice! So far, I have only tried the Pork Chop Rice and the Pork Chop Set so it’s time for me to try the other version of it.
Whenever I go to a Western food stall, I always try the pork chop dish first because I find it more satisfying if it’s cooked the right way. However, if it’s overcooked then it will be very bad.
On this plate, I was served with a generous cut of chicken, coleslaw, rice, and the sunny side fried egg.
The egg was cooked in such a way that the bottom was crusty while the yolk was still runny, it was cooked on a flat-top stove. I had a glimpse of the way they cooked all of the meat which is on a flat top and then they placed a thick steel disc to press it.
It was already 7:30 in the evening and yet there were still customers who were ordering their dinner. Most of the stalls are already closed for the night because there are fewer tourists during this season and there are fewer local customers on weekdays.
The food was good 👍 and the price is even better. I only spent S$5.50 for this nice Western cuisine meal. This price point is considered as an affordable meal, especially in this business district area of Singapore.
It's currently 10:18 pm Vietnam time and I feel extremely hungry when I see your dish
It looks like Singapore is 1 hour ahead of Vietnam's time... hehehe it's Friday night and it's ok to be tempted Bro 😜
Hehe instant noodles

The name sounds "Good" 😅 Enjoy. I like noodles or ramen too :)
