I Am Alive Challenge : July 24 2026

Thank God It’s Friday. Hope all’s well with you. All’s well with me but I’m tired. Couldn’t sleep much today and still on night shift. My eyes are heavy, head aching a bit, feeling kinda peppery on my face but still couldn’t sleep much. I wake up just hours after sleeping and takes a long time for me to fall asleep. I’ve also decided not to take my sleeping medication again so I’m left with going through this on my own. Maybe it’s just today, hoping I can sleep well tomorrow as I have night shift again. In all things, glory to God.
