Grateful for life. All's well here. Having challenges with our Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR). We called people to an external party to come service it for us. They couldn't do it. Seems a component is damaged and we will need to replace. Power outages are becoming too rampant here. Getting continuous power seems to be a lucky thing. We hope it's resolved soon.
