Easy baked meat with potatoes, nothing special. I cooked it for a very long time so that it was soft enough and also slightly crispy on top. I just hope that cleaning this baking pan doesn't take long since cooking for a long time always makes the edges of the pan black and it is hard to clean then... but I let it soak in warm water some 4h ... then it will at least make it all loose from there and I can clean it.
