The morning is sleepy enough, so I have to start it off with a stronger coffee. But luckily, the smell of coffee wakes up my mind early in the morning, it's like a stimulant that makes my body work faster.

But looking out the window with a cup of coffee is nice to feel the sun rising earlier, in the middle of winter it's still dark at this time of day, now it feels like noon is already coming.

I have a few eggs and cheese, does anyone have any good ideas for what to make with them? The only thing that comes to mind is an omelet, but maybe it's possible to come up with something else.
