Good Morning All

What could be better than waking up in the morning and making yourself a proper egg omelette, but this omelette is special because I use a plant here that has not been on the dining table for many. But a few here and there know that it is a good strong plant that provides many vitamins to our body.

What's in here:

2 or 3 egg
crushed nettle plant ( make puree using with hot water )
dill
garlic
salt
pepper

And on the side it is good to make a light cucumber and tomato salad with mayonnaise and sour cream, with a little salt and pepper.
And there is one green plant on the first picture, I made a warm mint tea what I have in bee honey ...good to have in morning time .

I was use here my Samsung A50 phone to take this small photos.
Phone is very good in low light... so it is very good to use in a situation where you don't have good light.

I didn’t know that nettle plant can be eaten. Maybe I’m wrong? Is that the one if you touch with your barehands you will feel itching?

Yes it is this plant, just look you not eat plant what have been taken up from city ... they are not clean then, so go in forest or small hoby farm and find it there... it fill be more clean and good. You can make good tea also what this all winter, you can put it in soup also ☺👌👌👌🥣🍖... I also was see some weeks back how someone also maid nettle pancakes here in Hive.. so you can do lot things what this plant☺👌👌🥞

Thanks for the good information. We used to call bad weed in my grandparents’ farm. Until now I know that this plant could be eaten.

if you put a large amount of this plant in a large plastic barrel and let it ferment there for two weeks what water , you can also use this liquid to water fertilizer all plants in the greenhouse as well as in the garden, it is organic fertilizer then.... just not hold this barrel near window of your house because it smells strongly like manure then :))) .. but the rest is good.
