Spicy cow skin made with love

The weather is so cold, the cold was too much, in a cold weather like that spicy food is needed to keep the body warm. I think eating spicy food in a cold weather is like a tradition. So this morning I decided to make spicy peppered cow skin popularly called ponmo.

It was made with a lot of scotch bonnet pepper and onions, this spicy cold shaker was topped with freshly made pineapple juice. The outcome was so great that I would love to make it again tonight but paired with something else You should try making this during cold weather, because it has always been helpful to me.
