Tried My Hand At Making Fresh Pasta

I took the dive today to make myself fresh pasta and make some relatively fresh tomato sauce with tomato paste. Honestly, it came out alright, but kind of doughy. This was my second time making fresh pasta from scratch and I've improved from the last time I made pasta. The noodles were a little thick, but I was nervous because I was live streaming while I was doing it. I followed the recipe but missed a seemingly important step. Allegedly, I'm supposed to let it cool down before I trim it up but it is what it is.

I'll try it again. I've made pasta sauce from paste multiple times in my life, but I accidentally put too much salt in it. I didn't bother to add sugar to bring the salt down because I just wanted to get the food over with already. It's still a learning experience for me, but I enjoyed myself. My niece also helped me a little bit, but she was mostly just playing with the pasta dough. lol
