Carrera No Oficial
Feliz fin de semana para todos, aunque siento que duro tan poco, o yo hice tantas cosas que me falto tiempo para swntirme en modo descanso.
Pero como cada domingo sali a correr con @lpgrunners, no fuimos a la plaza LPG como siempre sino que decidimos aprovechar la ruta de una carrera que había, aparte habia varios inscritos del grupo y Henry el capitan del grupo sería pacer oficial de la carrera en el tiempo de 55 minutos.
Mi sorpresa fue desde el inicio, ya que nos recibieron con salsa vieja un son poco escuchado en las carreras habituales, la carrera con su Lema corre Caracas, se enfocó en una ruta con lugares historicos y a resaltar algunos venezolanismos y tradiciones.
Comenzamos a correr en la Avenida Bolívar una avenida principal en el centro de la ciudad desde alli se comienza a ver obras arquitectonicas que adornan la ciudad y que forman parte del urbanismo, durante la ruta se sentía mucho animo de la gente y la musica salsa que colocaba el toque alegre, habia musica de tambores, baile cultural de la Burriquita, las bailarinas de la coreografía del equipo de Cocodrilos y lo mas chistoso fue ver a un grupo de muchachos simulando a los autobuseros de la ciudad gritando Petare - Silencio.
Esta carrera tuvo una ruta fuerte ya que tenia varias subidas y bajadas que si mo se controla el ritmo podia pasar factura mas adelante, sin embargo me administre bien y la termine genial, haciendo 59 minutos en los 10 kilometros y sosteniendo los 28 min en los 5 kilometros.

Al finalizar me quedé disfrutando con los amigos y hasta bailé.
