Solar Wind: it's some hands holding like an hurricane, so i can get the 'wind' but solar? maybe for the colors?
Most likely. I could also figure out the wind, but don't know how it connects to solar.
Interestingly the weirs Church is the winner today, but I suppose not for the reasons the artist meant 😬 but because people like green spaces and those we have winter now (us), are longing for good weather.

I like the architecture of churches, but real churches 😂
