几天前,我和父母一起去附近的城市看望一位阿姨,虽然只是一个多小时的短途旅行,但我非常喜欢这次旅行,并借此机会参观了几个购物中心,发现了在我居住地从未见过的有趣的东西。

在一个商场里,当我们在寻找午餐的美味时,我们经过了几家餐厅,他们称之为食品博览会,这是一个特别的地方,有许多商店只专门提供来自世界不同地区的各种食品。
在这个地方,我第一次了解了粤式中餐,甚至当地人也对我非常友好,允许我在他们准备食物时拍照,这是一个非常令人惊讶的艺术表演,令我着迷。
这里的厨师是一个处理刀子的高手,所以他几乎是一边用刀子变戏法,一边在你眼前切割每一种食材,然后向你展示他如何提高温度和炉子的火焰,在炒菜和炒饭时产生非常醒目的火光。

这种才华的展示让我感到惊奇,我想,要学会如何以如此敏捷的方式处理这些工具一定非常困难,一定需要多年的训练,但这是非常有趣的事情,我在这次访问中非常喜欢。
正在准备的食物的气味是壮观和伟大的,你几乎可以闻到这种美味食物的每一个品种,使我在学习这种宏伟文化的全新东西的同时,也学到了很多东西,因为说实话,我不知道他们是如何用古老的烹饪技术准备这种炒饭的,正如他们向我解释的那样

A short trip discovering Chinese food

A few days ago I traveled with my parents to a nearby city to visit an aunt, although it is a short drive of a little over an hour, I really enjoyed the ride and took the opportunity to visit several shopping centers discovering interesting things that I had never seen where I live.

In one mall, while we were looking for something tasty for lunch, we passed by numerous restaurants in what they call the food fair, it is a special place where there are many stores dedicated only to all kinds of food from different parts of the world.

For the first time in this place I got to know the Cantonese style Chinese food, even the local people were very kind to me and allowed me to take pictures while they were preparing the food, something that is a very surprising artistic show that fascinated me.

The chef of the place is a great master of handling knives, so he practically juggles with them while he cuts in front of your eyes each of the ingredients and then shows you how he raises the temperature and the flames of the stove, producing a very striking fire while frying the vegetables and rice.
With this display of talent I was amazed, I imagine it must be very difficult to learn how to handle these tools in such an agile way, and it must take years of training, but it is something very fun that I enjoyed very much on this visit.

The smell of the food being prepared is spectacular and great, you can almost smell each of the species of this delicious food that made my day while learning something totally new of such a magnificent culture, as I honestly had no idea how they prepared this type of fried rice with ancient cooking techniques as explained to me.
