Yes, I have to admit, that it does look pretty tasty! What does it taste like? What spices are prominent in it?

With that many veggies involved, there's no need for spices (apart from salt and pepper, some might add some sweet paprika powder). It's the sour cream that makes it all better because all the veg are kinda sweet so the end result is sweet and sour at the same time with veggie flavours.
