Veggie soup & Actifit July 26 2025

In general I like the traditional soups made in this country (if they're well made of course), but I'm not a big fan of soups that don't contain any meat in them. :)) But when someone grows and picks everything with their own hands from their own garden, it's almost guaranteed that even a veggie yellow wax beans soup will be tasty, especially with the amount of sour cream that is served around here.

What country do you live in and what traditional soup is this?

Romania, it's just a vegetable soup with the main ingredient being yellow wax beans.

With that many veggies involved, there's no need for spices (apart from salt and pepper, some might add some sweet paprika powder). It's the sour cream that makes it all better because all the veg are kinda sweet so the end result is sweet and sour at the same time with veggie flavours.
