Eclipse Time & The Magic of the Life [ENG]🇬🇧

Hello dear people!

Today I'm thinking about yesterday, about just a few hours ago, actually. Yesterday, an eclipse occurred in our magical skies, one of those natural phenomena that continues to fascinate us with the passage of time. And although science already explains that it involves the interposition of the stars, one in front of the other, the effects this cosmic dance produces catch our attention and somehow draw us in, as if under a magical spell.

Because the skies are magical, and yesterday, September 7th, a total lunar eclipse occurred, the so-called blood moon, because it turns red when it intersects directly in front of the sun. From a distance, we see it as totally imposing and a different color that leaves us speechless.

I wanted to witness the event. It's not that unique, as there are usually about four eclipses each year, but we can't always see them depending on where we are. They said today's eclipse could be seen here, and I wanted to see it, out of curiosity and because it was a quiet Sunday night. Let's witness the fantastic power of the Universe!

I wanted to take at least one photo, but it's not that easy... Actually impossible. It was very cloudy, and at the most important moment, it even rained a little—just a few drops to make things dirty and create a sauna effect—but it stole the spirit of many people sitting on the terraces of buildings with their cameras. It's funny, months of sunshine, clear skies, no rain or anything, and it just starts to cloud over at that moment, just the way life goes...

So, with resilience, I took a photo with AI, but on social media (in addition to complaints about those unexpected clouds) there are spectacular photos taken in other countries.

Well, the fact is that after the event, today there are several news stories and professional photos published on social media and various media outlets, and now I think, I reflect on this astronomical phenomenon that everyone loves so much, without really knowing why. In the past, it was something mysterious that produced uncertainty and even fear, but in any case, it marked a unique moment, a change beyond our surroundings, something that could affect our lives for a few minutes, or maybe longer... Do the stars affect us?

I think about that special moon, and I realize that it always is. It accompanies us every night, whether we see it or not, illuminating our dreams or leaving us in darkness awaiting the light of a new day, giving us the hope and magic we need to live. But we all know that the phases of the moon affect the tides of the seas and oceans, so if we're 80% water, do they affect us too? I remember they always said that more crimes are committed on nights with a full moon. Why? The werewolf? So, does the moon affect us?

And the other stars? Well, we've all felt that apathy and sadness on those long, cloudy days that seem to go on forever, gray days that depress us. And the return of the golden light of the sun, full of life, gives us life again, motivates us to go out and live more intensely and happily. So yes, I believe that as part of that cosmos, everything affects us.

Some people here move from simple astronomy to astrology, which in the past were a united whole. They say eclipses symbolize the end of something: one light is eclipsed, and then another begins. Perhaps it's a good time to reflect on everything we want to eclipse from our lives, moments, feelings, and thoughts we no longer want to shed light on, and instead, begin to illuminate new ones; a subtle way of changing, of changing our way of thinking, our way of feeling, and our way of seeing life. While we continue to look at our world and the entire Universe with fascination, feeling that magic we can't always explain, but which sometimes doesn't matter so much, we live in the moment, are present, and happy to be able to observe a new astral dance in the skies, beautiful lights that play between the sun and the moon, and that are part of our lives and of us.

Another one will come soon (within two weeks), so happy eclipse time, and happy life to everyone!

Thanks for reading! Have a cool and nice day (and happy night).

El Tiempo del Eclipse Y la Magia de la Vida [ESP]🇪🇸

¡Hola querida gente!

I saw the announcement of the upcoming lunar eclipse on the news, but I had completely forgotten about it. I remember it now as I read your words, although I'm afraid that in these latitudes we were in the same situation as you, with the sky almost completely covered by clouds, so I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it either. It's funny to read your words because all those questions and reflections you throw out there are the same ones I ask myself every time I look up at the sky. If it impresses us, who are accustomed to technological advances and increasingly less capable of being surprised, imagine what it must have been like for humans in ancient times. I imagine they would have been terrified by these phenomena, and even more so by solar eclipses when the light suddenly turned to darkness. I remember the only one I've ever seen, in 2005, and it still gives me goosebumps. It was impressive. Have a great start to the week.

Feliz semana Paloma

I tried to hunt it too, but with no luck, then it was getting late and I just wanted to sleep... Interesting idea on the fact that we are made most part of water aswell...

You can enjoy the red moon on hive at @hiddenblade blog, a good sequence there

While I missed this one, I've seen many past eclipses, even two total solar eclipses. Everything is inherently and intrinsically interconnected, so everything affects everything, though the higher the frequency, the stronger our ripple is. Have a beautiful Tuesday, my friend! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Oh lucky you! I did not see many, always something: not correct place, time or now weather! jajaja But the next ones and all of the next year will pass through my sky 😅 hope I can see them with no clouds!
But in any case, it was there, that special connection full of energy to make things change here in our life and magical reality!
Super happy Tuesday my friend!!!💖🌟🙏🤩

Thank you my friend, and yes, I've been fortunate to have witnessed a few. I feel you on that, and it's funny how often that sort of thing happens the one time that you need the weather to cooperate. Our world is magical indeed, and so are we! Tons of thanks again, @duvinca, and I'm wishing you an absolutely superb Tuesday! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

What a beautiful reflection. It’s true, sometimes we wait for rare events like an eclipse but the truth is the moon is always there, quietly reminding us of its power. Even if the clouds covered the view the experience still makes us pause and think about the mysteries of the universe.
