Some Mici & Actifit September 22 2023

We call them "mici" which would translate in english to "smalls" or "little ones". This is a quick fix as they come from a package from a supermarket which is not the best/tastiest version of meat combination, but they're fine once in a while. Normally they're supposed to be grilled, some people would cry and call you a sinner if you cook/fry them in a pan, but it works when you're out of options. Mustard is a must, a salad can be included, but you can't and should not eat them without mustard, the taste combination is almost perfect only with mustard.

What type of meat is this, it looks delicious!😊

For a better taste, the meat should be 60-70% beef and the rest lamb, but nowadays the combination of beef with pork is also very common. It's important that the meat/mix contains 25-30% fat, and the "secret" to making the resulting product "fluffy/puffy" is to add a little baking soda.
