Eating at "Etereo" restaurant - First visit👍👍

This is a Mediterranean fusion cuisine restaurant located in the old town of Alicante (7 Cienfuegos street, Alicante, Spain) that call themselves intangible, indefinable and born from humility and respect for the gastronomy of Alicante.

The restaurant, which is run by a married couple (he's the chef and she's the head waiter) and which opened some months ago, immediately made a place for itself in Alicante's haute cuisine, although many diners and owners of other restaurants that visited them complained about the prices being quite high.

In my personal opinion their cuisine has quite original elaborations and very fresh good quality market products, although it's true that it's not a restaurant to go to have lunch every day if your budget is medium or low, since in my case the bill was around €100 per person, wine bottle included.

They currently have a ⭐5 rating on Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐5.

Your food really made me very hungry, so I ate all of it without leaving a single plate.

I think this restaurant is doing good since their food is fresh and it's of quality. With time, they would adjust the prices to better suit their targeted customers. Lovely images of the foods. It made me hungry 😅.

Thank you very much for your comment and visit! Definitely it's one of the restaurants you must visit if you're around Alicante city even though, as you said, maybe they shoulod adjust a little bit the prices of their menu.
