Hello everyone, how are you this Wednesday, Must be fun, right? I wish you all good health, and having fun. It's been a few days where it has been raining continuously, making the weather cold, and last night I took the time to visit a cafe that serves special crab noodles and ramen noodles.

The shop is an ordinary noodle shop that provides a wide variety of noodle variants, located not far from where I live.

Regarding the menu, this shop offers many variants of noodles and fresh drinks, this time I ordered a special fried noodle with soup, which is stir-fried with crab, these noodles are processed from spices that come from my area.
The noodle I ordered was Mie Aceh, it is one of Aceh's original specialties made from wheat flour as the main ingredient and cooked using Aceh's red spicy seasoning.
This noodle is very unique, we can see its uniqueness starting from the appearance, taste, ingredients, unique cooking method, to special equipment that is generally used in the cooking process, namely using a large skillet made of thick black iron.
Mie Aceh has a spicy taste and is rich in spices. The noodles are thick and yellow in color, served with a variety of dishes. Such as fried noodles, stir-fried, boiled noodles, etc.
And the noodles I ordered were special stir-fried noodles combined with crab.

Compared to other types of noodles, ramen has a thinner shape. Ramen is also usually served with a splash of broth of various flavors, such as shoyu and mieso and mixed with various vegetables such as bean sprouts and seaweed.

The price of one serving of special Aceh noodles with the addition of crab is priced at 25000 rupiah or about 1.78 US dollars, while the ramen noodle is 18000 or around 1.28 US dollars. Still quite affordable for special noodles when it rains
