Hello everyone, how are you this Wednesday, It must be fun right? I hope that you are always healthy, and having fun.
Today I will tell about my trip to sit down with some friends to eat delicious Briyani rice.

Nasi briyani is a rice dish that is cooked or fried in spices and then topped with vegetables or meat. This typical rice originates from South Asia, namely India and Pakistan, briyani rice actually has a long history of origins.
The name of this rice itself comes from the Persian language which means fried or grilled. This name is given because the initial process of cooking rice begins with frying it in ghee before boiling it with spices until it is half cooked.

Nasi Briyani generally uses mutton. However, along with the spread, some use beef, chicken, shrimp, fish or vegetables. The rice that I eat with friends uses beef.

In its manufacture, Nasi Briyani uses various types of spices, ranging from nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, coriander and saffron.

My friends and I ordered this rice at a shop that does provide Briyani rice packages for eating together. The name of the shop is Tabarraq. This rice package is ordered to eat together with a total of 20 people.

We made this event for the success of my friends and I in participating in many events in 2022, we have successfully had events held in the city and outside the city.
My friends and I joined a band called Tangke band. Tangke is an ethnic music group from Banda Aceh, which is famous for combining traditional Acehnese music with modern music.
In addition to using modern musical instruments such as guitar, bass and drums, TANGKE also uses a variety of traditional Acehnese musical instruments such as Rapa'i (Acehnese framed drum type), Seurune Kalee (Acehnese wind instrument), and Genderang (Acehnese double-sided membrane drum).

For this success, we held an event at my friend's land, which provided small jambos beside the river in my suburb. And we enjoy this evening with joy.
After the event, we took pictures together and took pictures with my juniors and my friends. They are so cute and adorable, what a beautiful night.
