The beauty of ethnic minorities in the mountains of Tra Bong, Quang Ngai

Hi dear Hivers in the PhotoFeed community, I and my friends had a chance to visit the villages in the highlands of Tra Bong commune, Quang Ngai province. A day wandering in the mountains and forests of Tra Bong commune, Quang Ngai province is a journey to feel the simple but profound beauty of the three main ethnic communities: the Co, the Hre and the Ca Dong.
The Co in Tra Bong have a rustic and simple beauty like the mountains and forests that have nurtured them for generations. Co women in dark brocade dresses, simple but sophisticated patterns, walk gently on the red dirt roads. Their eyes are bright and gentle, their smiles are as bright as the sunlight through the forest canopy every morning. The Co people are diligent in growing cinnamon, weaving, and weaving brocade; each product they make exudes the breath of the mountains and forests and the dexterity of their hands.
In contrast to the gentleness of the Co people, the Hre people appear strong and full of determination. The Hre men are as strong and steady as old trees, while the Hre women impress with their diligence and simple beauty. They wrap themselves in traditional scarves, wear long brocade skirts, and walk rhythmically through the village. The life of the Hre people is closely linked to the sound of gongs, to the new rice festival, and to ancient stories passed down through many generations. Walking through the Hre village, we clearly feel the spirit of solidarity, generosity, and a completely preserved cultural lifestyle.
Meanwhile, the Ca Dong people have the wild but proud beauty of the Truong Son mountain range. Their tanned faces, deep and strong eyes reflect a life closely connected with the forest, with the hillsides and fields. The Ca Dong women stand out in their costumes with distinctive red and black patterns, creating a beauty that is both brilliant and mysterious. The Ca Dong people are good at farming, weaving, and especially value traditional festivals - where the sound of gongs and drums blends with the smell of rice wine, uniting the whole community in a common joy.
When wandering through the villages of the Co, Hre and Ca Dong people on a sunny and windy day, the most profound thing that remains is the heart of the people here. It is the cup of cool spring water that an old woman offers to guests from afar, the genuine smile when showing the way over the mountain slope, the jackfruit and bananas hastily picked from the fields as gifts. The mountain children chatter and run after guests, their eyes clear, their innocence makes everyone feel lighter. All create a feeling of closeness, familiarity and warmth - a beauty that is not easy to find in the city.
Thank you very much for taking time to read my post. I hope you enjoy it and have a nice day.

We cannot find beauty like the mountains anywhere else. The people there are also very nice and they help and support all the people who go there for sightseeing. We enjoy it together.
Thank you very much and have a nice day.

Thank you very much.
Your photos are beautiful, the subjects are so clear.
While looking at your post, it reminded me of a book I read, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, about people living in the mountains. Even though they’re older, they still have radiant skin and a peaceful, contented demeanor.
Thank you very much for your visit and lovely words. Wish you a nice day.
