ABS TO FAILURE - INTENSE CIRCUIT
Hola y bienvenidos a mi contenido. Tengan una cordial bienvenida a SWC, dónde realizaré a continuación una rutina de abdominales en suelo con distintas variaciones para reforzar el core... Vamos a realizar 5 ejercicios en combinaciones de dinámicos pero algo adicional sería el descanso en plancha. Lo vamos a realizar al comienzo y final de cada serie completa.
- #1 Plancha 30 seg
- #2 Plancha lateral con giro x10
- #3 Elevaciones de tijera en suelo x20
- #4 Remo combinado x20
- #5 Escalonadas x50
- #6 Plancha 30 seg
Una vez culminado el circuito nos quedaremos en plancha y retomaremos nuevamente el circuito, lo ideal de estos ejercicios es quemar el músculo lo más rápido posible para cansarlo. Ya luego de hacer el circuito unas 3 veces podremos dar por finalizada la rutina... Gracias por llegar hasta aquí.

Once the circuit is completed we will stay in the plank and resume the circuit again, the ideal of these exercises is to burn the muscle as quickly as possible to tire it. After doing the circuit 3 times we can finish the routine.... Thank you for coming this far.
