¡Hola, amigos de Actifit! Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien.

Hoy regreso a esta querida comunidad después de un buen tiempo sin publicar. La verdad es que entre una cosa y otra, el tiempo se me ha ido volando y no había podido compartir mis entrenamientos con ustedes. Pero aquí estoy nuevamente, más enfocado que nunca y con muchas ganas de seguir mostrando mi progreso y, sobre todo, disfrutando del proceso junto a ustedes.

El entrenamiento de hoy lo hice casi al anochecer, que para mí, personalmente, es la mejor hora para entrenar. Hay algo especial en ese momento del día… el clima es más fresco, el ambiente se siente más tranquilo, y uno puede concentrarse mejor sin tanto ruido alrededor. Es como una especie de terapia al final del día.

Me dediqué a hacer una rutina de calistenia bastante completa. Incluí algunos ejercicios básicos para mantener la fuerza y la resistencia, pero también aproveché para practicar unas cuantas habilidades que siempre me han gustado. Estuve trabajando en la parada de manos y en el back lever, que aunque son exigentes, me encantan porque te hacen sentir como un verdadero atleta. Fue un entrenamiento muy dinámico y, lo más importante, lo disfruté de principio a fin.

A veces uno se enfoca tanto en las metas y los resultados, que se olvida de disfrutar el camino. Pero hoy fue diferente. Hoy simplemente me dejé llevar, me divertí y me sentí vivo.

Hello, friends of Actifit! I hope you are all feeling well.

Today I return to this beloved community after a long time without posting. The truth is that between one thing and another, time has flown away and I had not been able to share my workouts with you. But here I am again, more focused than ever and eager to continue showing my progress and, above all, enjoying the process with you.

Today's workout I did almost at dusk, which for me, personally, is the best time to train. There is something special about that time of day... the weather is cooler, the atmosphere feels calmer, and one can concentrate better without so much noise around. It's like a kind of therapy at the end of the day.

I dedicated myself to doing a fairly complete calisthenics routine. I included some basic exercises to maintain strength and endurance, but I also took the opportunity to practice a few skills that I've always liked. I was working on the handstand and back lever, which although demanding, I love because they make you feel like a real athlete. It was a very dynamic workout and, most importantly, I enjoyed it from start to finish.

Sometimes you focus so much on goals and results that you forget to enjoy the journey. But today was different. Today I just let myself go, had fun and felt alive.
