This photo was taken in Mauritius, Indian Ocean. The place is somewhere on the southern coast near a place called Blue Bay, which is a popular place for those who want activities like snorkeling and diving. Even the southern part of the island has beautiful beaches, the coast also has rocky, wild parts.
