Hello, friends especially foodies!
I don’t know why last Sunday in a hot sunny day I craved pho a lot. Pho is a Vietnamese dish which had rice flat noodle as its’ main ingredient. When I craved it a lot, I just went to one of the pho Vietnamese food stall, named Pho 24. The stall was located on delicae, the food court on the 5th floor Senayan City Shopping center. Lucky for me when I came it wasn’t lunch time or dine in time, so the Pho stall had no customers. But still, this food court had many customers even it wasn’t dine time.
The menu that they offered were kind of their pho (beef noodle soup) like pho tai (the beef sliced they put in a hot noodle soup without cooking it first), pho chin (what I ordered, cause they cooked the beef sliced first), pho tai cin, pho tai sachs, po tai gan, pho ga, pho oxtail and also they had the complete one called pho all. They also had variants of bun (vermicelli salad) like bun bo (vermicelli salad with grilled beef), bun ga (vermicelli salad with chicken), bun cha gio (vermicelli salad with springrolls), bun cha gio chao tom (vermicelli salad with shrimp paste and spring rolls), and even bun all which had complete toppings. And they sold kind of rice too, and even they had fried rice or kwetiau.
After I ordered, I only wait for a minute to get it prepared for me. Vietnamese beef noodle soup was ready.
It had clear beef broth soup with light flavour of savory. It had rice flat noodle as its’ main ingredient which served hot.The texture of it was soft. It also still had beef sliced on it, also tasted light savory. And don’t forget to add the healthiness, it contained some vegetables (I didn’t know what tasted so good with perfect smell but I liked it). Unfortunately it also came with beansprouts which I didn’t like (I separated the beansprouts and luckily not eating any).
But overall, I enjoyed Pho Chin I had, it was tasty yet healthy!
