Have you ever craved for a food so much?
On Saturday I craved of burger so I went to a burger specialist restaurant that day, the restaurant named Carl’s Jr, a famous chargrilled burger place. This place sold California style burgers.
Lucky for me when I arrived, not many customers were there, and the place had a quite large dining area and at the back they had washing hand area too.
In this restaurant you could choose their signature burger with the choices of western beefbac cheeseburger, famous star, Portobello mushroom, classic burger and Hawaiian beef which all they sold ala carte or combo. With less toppings they also had smaller size burger called star burgers which they sold in the choices of cheeseburger, the carl, BBQ burger and California classic for the choices of the beef burger. But if you want chicken burger, they also had two choices of it, also in star burgers, with the choices of crispy chicken and chicken tender.
If you bring your family members there, they also offered the family box which could be eaten by 4 persons with the choices of family mixed, family burger, and family chicken. They also had chicken packages and also double stars for two persons. For the side dishes they had skin on fries, mushroom bites, onion rings, beefbac double cheese fries, beefbac bbq cheese fries amd chilli cheese fries.
And for the desserts and drink they didn’t have many kind of it, only ice cream in cone or sundae, brownie and ice cream shakes. While for the drink they had lemon tea, jasmine tea with the refill of soft drink. Anyway this place also had economic packages of side dishes and dishes which were cheaper but in less portion of them.
I ordered one of the star package, cheese burger package and I ordered the onion ring in economic package. The package contained a cheese burger, french fries and lemon tea.
Their cheese burger had toppings such as beef patty, beef bacon, cheese slice, cucumber pickles, tomato and it completed with the tomato sauce. I love their beef patty because it was grilled so it didn’t have much oil in it. It had soft texture with tasty savory flavour. I also love their beef bacon, it tasted so good with savory flavour, it was also easy to bite. Their buns were soft and I thought their burger is one of the best.
They also had tasty savory french fries and onion ring. Their onion rings were crunchy outside with soft onion inside. I also love their fries and onion rings.
For the drink I asked for lemon tea and I didn’t take any refills cause I didn’t want any soft drinks that day.
