First Time Nastar (pineapple filling cookie) Making

Hello, friends!

Last weekend i went to my best friend's house, i calls his mother, mommy because we already been friends over decades. His mom is one of the best cookie maker and this time i tried to sneak to her kitchen.

On saturday she made the pineapple filling first then sunday when she made the cookie i was curious and learned from her.

The pineapple filling made by cooking the pineapple with sugar then made them into small balls.

Then, the dough was made of flour, boiled egg yolk, and two kind of butter. It mixed together into the dough.

After that cut the dough, made it flat, put the pineapple in it then wrapped it up, closed the wrap by making it like a ball. Made it a bit longer.

Put it on the tray for oven which already polished with the butter.

Thing to do at last only bake it in the oven.

My first time nastar making was fun.
