Crypto breakfast with Omelette

Time for a good breakfast and the latest crypto news to manage the portfolio or just to enjoy life while Hive is going up.

Omelette again
With some more time in the morning , let’s enjoy again a nice self made omelette with bacon and cheese.
Recipe
I just used some think bacon and cooked in a pan until it get brown, put it out of the pan to add two eggs mixed with a bit of milk.
Have this get a bit sticking, than add the bacon on top plus some cheese. Wait a moment, roll it and give the whole thing some time on medium heat.
Put it on a plate, add fresh basil and some think pieces of salt.
You wouldn’t get it better is a resto - maybe in one with a star.

I learned this from a cook here are Hive.
If you add sparkling water, it will stay yellow. While if you use milk as some extra liquid - your get brown.
A good timing and not to much heat will stop to get it dark ;-)
With a little bacon and eggs mixed with a little milk, it is evident that this omelette is very tasty, I wish you success @detlev
