Just had the best post workout meal


The restaurant has a really nice ambience.

This teriyaki steak was delicious and the sides were good as well.

I just got done with a pretty good workout on my Tonal and needed to get some nutrients in my system, but I didn't feel like making a tuna sandwhich or anything else that I have here at my home for a post workout meal, so I decided to head out to an area near my home where a bunch of new restaurants are being built.
I was going to go to a taco place called The Smoked Taco, but noticed that a new Japanese place had just opened. When I walked in, there was just one other couple eating, but other than that, I had the entire place to myself. The place was called Tapa Sushi, and I have been to a couple of their other locations, so I knew this would be good.
I usually get tonkatsu ramen or something similar, but decided to get one of their lunch bento box specials. I ended up getting their beef bento box that comes with the teriyaki steak, salad, gyoza and some marinated veggies. I am not a fan of sushi at all, so whenever I go to places like this, I never get the sushi.
My meal was really good. The ingredients seemed super fresh, which is nice. I have been to places that serve old lettuce and it is just a disgusting slimey mess. I ended up getting a double order of the steak because you can never have too much protien. By the time I was done eating everything though, my stomach was pretty full. I have been cutting back on portions over the past year and after a workout, my stomach doesn't like to be full, so these portions would have been perfect without the extra order of meat, but it was a quality meat, so I am not complaining because it will feed my muscles nicely.
I am about three workouts away from hitting 3 million pounds lifted with my Tonal. The Tonal has been such an amazing investment into my health. I am stronger than I have ever been and my body pain is practically non existent now. I had dealt with back pain for so long and I thought that I would have it forever. It is crazy how working out consistently and incorporating body weight movements and recovery workouts can really heal your body. I can't wait to see what 2023 brings for my health.

I'm a bit lacking to do workout these days but well, This is quite inspiring and motivating... Being consistent is kinda hard part that I'm trying to become better. Wish 2023 will bring Good health!

Hahahaha I hope you get such an offer, man. I can imagine how muscular you are. A while ago you shared a post with your Tonal and I think there was a picture of you there or on the Discord server. I'm not sure about that.
Ya, I shared a picture a while back that showed part of my shoulder and arm. I've gotten a lot bigger since then, lol. The funny thing is I am lifting less weight now, but I do the movements really slow and controlled. I also do a lot of body weight stuff like yoga and I recently started doing barre workouts, which are basically workouts that ballet dancers do. Those are really tough but it is necessary to work all the parts of the muscles and work the smaller ones as well.
The big man is getting bigger and bigger. I'm sure he looks like Kratos now. You're right about the little muscles needing work. After all, everything will look better and be healthier if the muscles as a whole get stronger.
The little muscles are the ones that stabilize your joints. That’s why they are so important. If you don’t work them out, the larger muscles can pull too much on the joint and cause injury and pain.
Thanks for the information, man. I have a lot to learn about muscles. I'm thinking about going to the gym after I stabilize everything in my life. My body needs a lot of improvement. I can feel it.

Wao the decoration of restaurant and food looks so yummy and tasty. Rice is my favorite dish. A person should visit such places once or twice in a week, it refreshes his mind and makes him feel relaxed because all the conquests a person faces a lot of tension. I also personally like mutton. Last week I also went with my friends and we had Mutton Kadhai which was amazing.
