Thank you so much, my friend; I know that’s true—you have always shown such concern for us. If I recall correctly, an earthquake struck your area that very day (I believe), though I know they happen regularly across most of California. I send you a heartfelt hug, full of gratitude...
Yes, you are right, but it was far enough from me that there was no damage -- further north, though, there was significant damage. We are closer neighbors on the Pacific Rim than some would like us to think ... just know that you are being thought of and prayed for by neighbors in the U.S.
