An interesting insight into your training routine. Incidentally, what iscyour VO² Max . Mine seems to be 34 at 68 years old. It used to be low 40's in my 50's.

My VO₂ max is currently around 51 according to Garmin, and I’m still working on improving it. But honestly, 34 at 68 years old is something to be proud of. Staying active for so many years matters more than chasing numbers 👍
That's a good point. I think for me it's time to ignore the stats! 🤣
