Declared public holiday
Eid has been confirmed on Saturday, however the government also declared Friday as public holiday. Having an extra day off does bring a lot of convenient for employees, however it's hard on the employers.
I'm not dedicating today's post to any religious related topic, it's just about a holiday. Please don't get offended if the kind of food I'm showcasing isn't halal compliance 🤣
Despite having day off, but friendship doesn't need a day off. As every Friday, we meet at the usual restaurant. My buddy bought us 1 full stick of chopped rib to share. One of us didn't show up, so the 3 of us get a chance to eat more(portion is for four).
I usually will pack nasi lemak (coconut extract steam rice), since I don't need to send junior to school, I get to order fried noodles from a restaurant and bring it to our meeting point.
Just like any other capital city of the country, Kuala Lumpur is known to be the "outsider" hometown. During long holiday, it's expected to cut down population by 90%. Either they go back to where they originate from, and or the locales take the opportunity to get out for a domestic trip. Those who left behind? Party, drunk, high as the car suggested.
The day is still young for me, but I'm most probably going to take my time to enjoy a lengthy dinner with the family and see some fireworks. Making the post earlier can avoid me sitting here midnight writing giberrish 🤣
I don't know if Eid Day is a holiday here but even if it is I wouldn't know. I don't know what Eid day is but my dad said it is like the end of Ramadan.
Correct. It's the celebration after fasting an entire holy month according to the Holy Quran. Only Muslims country celebrate Eid, believe it's not an official holiday in Cambodia 😊
what do you say, one Shawwal is set to fall on, of course Eid al-Fitr is clear on Saturday.but some Muslims, of course, Muhammadiyah carried out Eid al-Fitr last Friday, differences of opinion with us Ahlussunnah wal jamaah Muslims,
At first glance it looks like it's drawn as if it's the KLCC building or the twin towers, in my life I've never seen the KLCC building with my two eyes other than drawing it...Because I've never stepped on the ground in that country...I don't know when I can go there haha.... God only knows.????
Please come visit, we have many halal restaurants here.
Just WOW
Btw, that rib steak looks deli!
Yes. One of the most holidayed countries in the world I believe.
I agree with you, it's very nice for the employees but not for the employers, imagine in COLOMBIA there are many holidays, it was done to activate the economy, it stayed that way hahaha, a detail that they haven't taken into account hahaha, the economy continues equal :)
Exactly. It's very difficult to grow a business when there's too many holidays.
enjoy a lengthy dinner with the family and see some fireworks, wonderful👍👍
