Hola mi bella familia de #Hive 🤗🤗 !! Feliz inicio de semana espero que se encuentren muy bien todos en sus hogares. Hoy comparto una deliciosa receta que quedo para chuparse los dedos, les hablo de una ensalada rustica 🥗 de yuca y papa, que elabore para mi amado padre que le encanta degustarla con pescadito frito. Estan todos invitados a ver mi post y espero que lo difruten al maximo 😋 ...!!!

Today I am sharing a delicious recipe that is left to lick your fingers, I am talking about a rustic salad 🥗 of cassava and potato, that I made for my beloved father who loves to eat it with fried fish. He utilizados los siguientes ingredients:

« 1 yuca mediana.
« 2 papa.
« 1/2 cebolla morada.
« 1/4 de tomate.
« 1/4 de pimenton.
« Mayonesa cantidad necesaria.
« Queso cantidad necesaria.
« Aceite y sal al gusto..

I have used the following ingredients:

« 1 medium cassava.
« 2 dad.
« 1/2 purple onion.
" 1 tomato.
« 1/4 paprika.
« Quantity mayonnaise necessary.
« Cheese amount needed.
« Oil and salt to taste.

Procedimiento: 1.-Lavar la yuca y papas, cortarla en trozos pequeños y llevarla a ablandar😉.

2.Lavar, retirar las conchas a mis verduras y cortarlas en cuadritos pequeños y reservar 🙃.

3.Una vez blandas las papa y yuca colarlas y agregar en un envase como se muestra acontinuacion:🙃.

Y finalmente nuestro resultado una deliciosa ensalada rustica de yuca y papa 😍 que se las recomiendo al 100%. Amigos queda super rica, y por lo general en mi casa consumimos mucha ensalada, pero esta es una de las preferidas de mi padre y ahora es que la comparto con ustedes, puesto que mi madre, se me adelanta y la realizarla y yo no la habia podido hacer y tomar las fotos al paso paso. Mis amores me despido hasta la proxima se les quiere un monton 🤗🤗..!!
