Entrepreneurship in the midst of the crisis ...

These last few years have consisted of improvement in my life; God has been faithful all this time... Two years ago I became an independent student in one of the countries that has the most serious socioeconomic and political crisis in Latin America, to be honest it has not been easy at all, since there have been days without having passage to attend classes or without eating properly but God has never disappeared us.
This weekend I started my first venture which I titled Meraki Gourmet, Meraki refers to doing something with passion, leaving a piece of your soul in it. I'm just starting out and I haven't been able to sell much, but most of the time these are the beginnings, whether this or something else is what you have going for me, I'm totally willing to give my best.
I begin this new step with a lot of sacrifice, leaving this undertaking in God's hands and trusting that He will provide for everything he needs. Choripanes are a traditional Argentine grill product but even more special is the chimichurri dressing that is clearly from there, that was another interesting challenge that consisted of preparing my first chimichurri.
Before I leave, if you are in Barquisimeto, I invite you to Meraki Gourmet and come enjoy a delicious choripan.
