Hola a todos, nuevamente comensando la semana, o sea lunes, es cuando referente a la comida, la cual prepare para esta ocacion, para el almuerzo, un revuelto de verduras varias, como por ejemplo sapallito tronco, zucchini, cebolla, zanahoria rallada, tomate, morron o locote, sal a gusto, una ves que comenso todo esto a cocinarce, luego de revolver le agregue queso blando o queso fresco, el cual una ves derretido, le agregue huevos varios, para luego de cocinado ya esta todo listo para degustarlo.

Para acompañar esta ecelente comida como lo es el revuelto de verduras, lo hice con arroz que me habia quedado de un guisado con un poco de frigoles, al que le agregue huevos y un poco de haria, se revuelve bien todo y listo.

Para despues agregar en la hornalla de la cocina una sarten con aceite y un poco de grasa vegetal, una ves caliente con una cuchara se agregaba lo que seria las torrejitas.

Las cuales a medida que se cocinaban las agregaba en un volts, el cual contenia papel de servilleta, para que al agregar las mismas se salia el resto de aceite que quedaba.

De esta manera como les dije amigos, una comida muy sabrosa para comenzar la semana.
