Revuelto de higado, huevo y verduras con pureºººººScrambled liver, egg, and vegetables with puree

Hola a todos, la verdad amigos que para degustar una comida muy sabrosa, la cual consiste en higado cortado en tiras pequeñas, con verduras como locote o morron, cebolla, ajo, cebolla de verdeo y huevo, acompañado con pure de zapallo con papa, es muy facil de preparar esta comida y es de la siguiente manera, agregamos la sarten en la hornalla de la cocina, le vertemos un poco de aceite, luego el higado cortado en hebras, una ves casi cocinado, le agregamos la verdura antes mencionada, mesclamos muy bien y luego al final le agregamos el huevo, revolvemos bien y una ves cocinado, lo agregamos en los platos para degustarlo.

Cuando hablo de degustarlo es todo lo antes mencionado con pure de zapallo y papa, los cuales primero se les quita la cascara y se los hierve, luego se le agrega un poco de mantequilla, leche y sal a gusto, para que salga el pure, quedando la verdad todo muy sabroso.
