PREPARANDO UN BUEN ASADO PARA EL ALMUERZO|||||PREPARING A GOOD ASADO FOR LUNCH

Hola a todos, espero tengan un excelente día, mas cuando se trata de fin de semana en donde se reúnen toda la familia, para disfrutar todos juntos, también como en este caso tener una escusa, para dicha juntada, la cual seria para despedir el año que dejamos, haciendo mención así del año entrante, como todos sabemos siempre pedimos lo mas importante de la vida, que seria, salud, trabajo y en lo posible y en la medida que se pueda un buen pasar, teniendo en cuenta la situación que esta viviendo nuestro pais, que la verdad lo comparo como un barco a la deriva, pero ojala que no encalle nunca, porque agua hay en abundancia (la esperanza) de que eso no pasara, por supuesto siempre y cuando exista la unión, que es l base principal, para que todo surja y salga adelante, entonces de una u otra forma hay que disfrutar de un exquisito asado y en familia, consistiendo el mismo en, un lechón entero y medio costillar de carne de res, los cuales se están cocinando a la estaca, con fuego a leños y muy lentamente.

Como se puede ver, dichos leños son grandes, eso hace que cuando los mismos se prendan fuego, despidan mas temperatura, tanto con las llamas como cuando se hacen las brasas, el detalle esta amigos que cuando se acaba el fuego, quedando las cenizas, es cuando ya esta cocinada dicha carne, como se ve en la foto.

De esa manera vamos a compartir todos juntos, un asado en familia, lo cual como dije es lo mas grande que existe, que es la unión de la misma.
