Preparando marinera con mandioca|||||Preparing marinara with cassava

Good morning to all the components of this beautiful community, in which we leave in each publication a little of us, I say this by the fact that, being creative and very prudent in the day to day, with each word that comes out of our interior, we are developing and explaining, leaving thus captured a little of us, for example in the way of cooking this tasty food called marineras, which is prepared using a volts in which we put flour, eggs, salt to taste, a little oil or melted butter, garlic and green onion finely chopped, we mix everything well, leaving the same as the pancake batter.
Then we put the beef, cut as for milanesa, as shown in the picture, we repeat this twice, it is so that the meat is well overflowing with the dough, it is good to pass it twice because that way, the marinara has more body or is more meaty, by the well seasoned dough.
The next step is to take it and place it in the pan that is on the fire, with oil and a little butter margarine, of course it has to be very hot, so that the marinara is well cooked, once well fried, we are placing them on a tray, which contains napkin paper, which is to absorb the oil that remains, in this way is well dry the same.
Also to accompany, I prepare in a pot boiled manioc or cassava, with little salt and a little olive oil, so that they do not stick, is how I like for these occasions in a lunch, of this characteristic.
As I said friends at the beginning of this post, there is always an occasion to be creative and meals is one of them, knowing and taking into account, that the same at the end came out excellent as this one.
